“SHINE WITH THE STARS” is a night of hanging out with Shine, who is a
celebrity on-air radio host, tv personality, an entertainment industry
mc, a part-time model, as well as an aspiring female rap mcee and the
brightest stars of the Nigerian entertainment industry, like
musicians, actors, models, comedians, radio and TV stars, producers,
dj’s, directors, bloggers etc.
The event is a mini concert and club rave rolled up in one. “SHINE
WITH THE STARS” intends to introduce the Nigerian entertainment scene to
the club rave, which is basically features a cross-over crowd
musicians, fashionistas, and clubbers. Raves have been taking place
around the world, and more recently on the African continent and it’s
time that Nigeria got in on the fun.“SHINE WITH THE STARS” will also feature short comedy skits by one or two comedians. Party-goers will also be able to take home a piece of the fun and action because there will be numerous special prizes up for grabs in one-of-a-kind games.
It’s a night of fun, so everybody including the celebrities can loosen up and get their groove on.

The event will be a quarterly event and I expect to hold one every month in various clubs in Lagos, because that is the nature of club raves.
With the maiden edition happening June 2012, the next editions will
take place in September and December 2012, with 2013 being a new year
for us to take “SHINE WITH THE STARS” to greater heights.
